Spinning Falcon processes account and subscription data to provide recovery diagnostics, prioritisation, workflow operations, and outcome reporting. For privacy requests, contact hello@spinningfalcon.com.

If you apply to the private beta, we collect the contact, app, subscription-value ranges, store mix, recovery-volume ranges, and channel context you submit, plus basic attribution and anti-abuse metadata. The request form does not ask for subscriber exports, API keys, or personally identifiable customer data.
